it felt comfortable overall. it just took me a little bit to get used to, but after that it was easy to use.

I used atanaheadspa.com and the instructions were mostly fine, like I could follow along for the most part, but a few spots made me pause and go, wait, am I doing this right? I ended up rereading some steps a couple times, which wasn’t a huge deal, but it did slow me down a bit.
Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as I expected. Maybe if the wording was a little simpler, or if there were a few examples added in, it would feel easier to get through. Anyway, not terrible, not amazing either, I’d give it 3 stars.

I bought this hoping it would make it through a full head spa, but yeah… the battery is not great. I’m totally calm about it, obviously, but it dies after maybe 15–20 minutes and then takes forever to charge back up. I tried fully charging it a few different times just to be sure, and it was the same every time. For the price, it’s frustrating. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I booked this mostly because I was stressed out and needed to unwind, and to be fair, the head spa did help with that. The scalp massage felt really nice, and I did leave feeling calmer than when I walked in, so it wasn’t a bad experience at all.

That said, it was kind of annoying because the whole appointment felt a little rushed, and the room wasn’t as quiet or peaceful as I expected. Decent overall, but not quite the relaxing escape I was hoping for

This charges quick... faster than I thought it would. It holds up well for a full use too, which is nice. My only little complaint is that the cable could be a bit longer, but overall, I’m happy with it!

Just a heads up for anyone with a sensitive scalp like mine, this didn’t really work for me. My head felt itchy afterward, and I ended up having to wash it again once I got home. It might be totally fine if your scalp isn’t reactive, but if yours gets irritated easily, I’d be careful and maybe skip this one.

The head spa itself was fine, I guess, but I was confused by how noisy it was the whole time. I could hear people talking, things being moved around, and just random sounds in the background. I thought it was supposed to be calming, so it kind of threw me off. I didn’t really leave feeling relaxed, and I probably wouldn’t go back...

It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not something I’d be rushing back to do again.
